Costis was born in Thessaloniki in June, 1983 and he is a media specialist and a U.A.S. Certified Pilot and Instructor by Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA). He got his B.A. in Cultural Technology & Communication at the University of the Aegean, Greece, and his M.Sc. in Advanced Systems of Computers and Communications, specializing in Information Technologies in Audiovisual for Education and Production at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He is a Ph.D. candidate at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, researching how multimedia can help visually-impaired individuals have a better education and a more fulfilling life.
In April 2017 he got his Unmanned Aircraft Qualification Certificate from UAV-Air in United Kingdom and in July 2017 he got his U.A.S. Instructor Certificate by H.C.A.A..
He is also the founder and Executive Director of ONTIME Productions, a company that deals with audiovisual production in Greece and abroad while searching for novel ideas and trends in the areas of culture and communication.
